| I have had this headache..all weekend and now into today.It all started when my monthly friend came to visit lol.I have taken some over the counters but they are not helping.Anyone ever get headaches like this? :cry: |

I get atleast 2 headaches every week! I don't get them from the "monthly friend" as I got rid of that back in 1991 with a hysterectomy.
I swallow 3 ES Tylenol and if they don't help, I take Vicodin for them. My morphine doesn't touch the migraines at all.
Caffeine sometimes sets off headaches with me, so I try to avoid that. Video games are another trigger for me.

The only thing that helps is the Stress Relief from Shaklee lol and I havent been able to place an order yet. :shock: Usually over the counters help but this is ridiculous. I think its also the holidays and its a stressful time now and I know its only temporary but when I get stressed I get these headaches and they last for days.Im hoping I do feel better soon ....thanks Shelly :) |

| Ashley if you have any of the medicated ointment there, rub a little on each side of your temples. It works. :) |

This will sound weird but it works!!!
put a banana peel on your temples and at the base of your neck!!!
it'll take the headache away
also works on some migraines
I don't take any kind of meds or anything and when weather changes or we get hurricane/tropical storm it gives me migraine and this works!
may look funny for 20 mins or so but it works! LOL

Must be something in the banana peel that works. I get headaches during my " monthly friends " visit, I wonder sometimes if that isn't due to hormone changes. At other times it's my allerigies that kick in the headaches. I'll have to try that with the watkins- Hope you're feeling better by now!! Hugs-

| There must have been something going around over here, because everyone has been complaining of headaches- I *think* mine last week were a warning of my monthly friend, but then over the weekend DH also had some headaches. |

May have been a virus of some sort. I think winters tend to bring on more viruses, don't you? I usually take an extra dose of vitamin c & that helps some.Glad to hear you're feeling much better. Hope your hubby will be feeling better soon to!!

| Well we are both better, but now DS is having bad headaches- could be puberty related too, since he is 10 and I've noticed some changes in him already, but I hope not- I'm not ready for that, LOL! |

My daughter in law is sick today. Last night my grandson was sick but he seems to be okay today. Sure hope Tiffany is better tomorrow.
Hope everyone else is getting over their sick days too. Not fun at holiday time. |
