Job Details and responsibilities

Employees selected for this exciting program will have the opportunity to work full-time for a large financial organization that has received national recognition for providing outstanding customer service. - Provide efficient, prompt, and empathetic credit card services.
- Utilize multiple research tools, analytical thinking and a focus on identifying a win/win solution.
- Maintain a consistent working schedule according to a pre-defined shift.
- Ability to maintain a consistent, quiet working space that meets our technical requirements � in the comforts of your own home.
- Attend on-line, virtual web-based, paid training.


Job Requirements and Experience required
- Excellent customer-focus skills including clear communication of complicated topics and empathetic listening.
- Ability to quickly and efficiently open/close and resize up to 10 windows at a time.
- Research skills � ability to organize information, solve problems and quickly locate necessary information from a variety of windows/websites/databases/reference materials.
- Ability to work independently and multitask.
- Must maintain a reliably quiet and professional work environment during working hours.
- A reliable personal computer which meets our minimum system requirements (visit https://www1.alpineaccess.com/external/agentRequirements.html for information)
- Reliable high-speed ISP service in the form of DSL or Cable.
- Ability to be on the Internet and on the phone at the same time without the use of a cell phone, digital or VoIP phone.

Job Specifics
- Schedules range throughout 8 am to 9 pm (Mountain Time), Monday through Saturday.
- Full time schedules are 40 hrs/wk; part time schedules are 25 hrs/wk.
- All selected candidates will be issued a company terminal for business use only so you must have room for a second computer. Your PC must be attached to a DCHP-enabled router.
- Must successfully complete a drug test, background check and credit check
- Pay is $10.00 per hr ($8 per hour for paid training) plus incentives
