Ok Im gunna summerize its a really long odd situation.

DH is the shift supivisor at work he manages 10 people. One of which is his best friend who the big bosses dont carefor. yesterday he was messing around got hurt then was gloating about the pure fact he got hurt and gets to sit in the control room for the rest of this shift and outage. Well he did this to head boss, head of HR, the head safety guy for the whole company (he is based here but he is over all 20 diferent plants) OK this isnt the first time he has done this sort of thing.

DH has to talk to Chris (the head boss) he is totally torn and getting really stressed He didnt sleep last night, this is really tearing him up, He isnt sure how to discuss it with Chris.

Im just asking for some prayers to help him deal with this properly.

Thanks so much ladies. I just feel bad for him he has been trying hard to fix the issue with management and his friend but now I dont think its gone anywhere. We shall see Monday.

Thanks so much ladies.

He talked to his friend last night on the way home from work nothing to detailed at this point just to let him know that he is really in trouble. He talks to his boss tomorrow and he thinks they are wanting DH to recommend firing him. But he dont think its right even with what they have on him. But then again I think some personal feelings are weighing in. Like his daughter graduates this year and is going to UCLA in the fall to be a dr. Which I can totally understand I hate the situation. I just hope all works out ok in the morning.

my thoughts and prayers are with you and your hubby.......it's a tough situation........but hubby must think of his responsibilities to his family, job and himself first!

It's not his fault that his friend is a goober :roll: He brought his situation on himself and he has to be responsible for his actions.

If it comes down to your hubby telling him he is fired.......he needs to remember that it's his JOB........

Yea thats true. I just talked to him he is trying to keep the whole decision professional. So I hope he continues.

He called to tell me he got to work and to make sure I was awake to get the boys off to school :lol: Yea Im like a 5 year old when it comes to that I tend to keep pushing snooze anyways. he said his tummyis in knots but by the end of the day we should have an answer. Chris isnt even there for another hour.

I was thinking about making his favorite dinner tonight but not sure. I think it may help a little.

I want to thank everyone. Apparently all went better then he thought his friend is getting 3 days off and a letter of repramand. So alot better then anyone thought. Thanks so much again
