Do you feel that scouts are good for kids?
For us with Alin its been such a blessing he has grown so much since he started he will be awared with tenderfoot and second class on Sunday evening. Its helped in a ton of areas.
With Jeffery it hasnt at all He goes but he isnt in to it.
Over all my personal feelings are they are good they teach so much about setting goals meeting your goals just to name a couple. I think what the child does with it is different As you can see with my two :)
Thoughts on the scouts? |

Grrrr. I had a whole long post typed out and my machine just erased it all...
I am a Cub Master of my sons pack this year. I have seen a big change in my own son since he started as a Wolf. He will be a Webelos 1 once school is out in June.
I have also had comments from parents and teachers of the other boys in my pack. They all say that these boys are better behaved and listen more than boys who are not part of scouting.
My son has said that he would like to be an Eagle Scout. We'll see if he really means that! He has a long way to go still, but he is excited that he can now start on his Arrow of Light requirements! |

How exciting Kira :) I think the whole problem is just amazing.
Alin already is jotting down ideas for his Eagle project. all good I said Ok wrote them all down and when its time we can choose. Or maybe when friends need ideas you can have them read it. |
