When your company changes over to a new catalog...
Do you send all of your past customers a new catalog automatically or do you send out a email or postcard mailing letting them know new catalogs are out and they can request one from you if they are interested?
How do you handle it when you switch over to a new catalog? |

| Gee, I honestly have never thought about that sort of thing. I just keep using my old cataloges until I run out and then order the new ones. But I do put on the old ones that the person can request a new one if they want to. So far, no one ever has. |
